Marketing Consent

1.What you’re agreeing to

If you tick “Send me occasional news and offers by email” (at checkout or in the Family App), or join our waiting list, you agree that Cuddle & Sing may email you about:

• new classes, groups, venues and term launch announcements;
• special offers, events and gift ideas;
• occasional news from our classes.

We send these from Cuddle & Sing only, and we don’t share your email address with other businesses for their marketing.

2.Messages you’ll get either way

Some messages are part of the service you booked, so we send them whatever your marketing choice:

• booking confirmations, receipts and account sign-in links;
• first-class reminders, class changes and cancellations;
• absence and make-up confirmations, waitlist offers, gift-card delivery and credit notices.

3.Optional and separate

• The box is unticked unless you tick it, and you can book and attend without it.
• Marketing consent is separate from photo permission and from birthday celebrations.

4.Unsubscribing

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also turn off “Marketing emails” in the Family App or email us at hello@cuddleandsing.com.au. We’ll stop within five working days, as the Spam Act 2003 requires, and we record when you opted in or out.
